Most coaching starts with conversation. This starts with clarity.

Based on your intake form, I build your personal pattern blueprint using a proprietary assessment methodology — a map of the patterns shaping your decisions, blind spots, emotional responses, and results.

Clients often come in thinking the problem is career confusion, burnout, overthinking, relationships, or feeling stuck. But beneath the visible issue is usually a deeper internal dynamic shaping multiple areas of life.

This work helps bring that into awareness — so change becomes intentional instead of repetitive.

Your Personal Pattern Blueprint (Report) + One Coaching session — ₹7,000/hr. Additional sessions at ₹5,000 each

Group Coaching/Workshop

A full-day workshop designed around the specific challenges of the group — not a generic programme.

Every participant submits an intake form beforehand. I analyse the collective themes and build the workshop around what the group actually needs.

These sessions are reflective, interactive, and psychologically grounded — designed to create insight, honest conversation, and practical behavioural shifts.

Participants leave with greater self-awareness, stronger emotional intelligence, and a deeper understanding of the dynamics shaping leadership, communication, and team performance.

₹12,000 per person. Limited to 20 participants

Keynote/Speaking

Designed for leadership conferences, corporate events, and transformational conversations that go beyond surface-level motivation.

My talks explore how hidden emotional and behavioural patterns shape leadership, decision-making, resilience, communication, career transitions, and performance under pressure.

Blending coaching, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, behavioural psychology, and lived experience, I create conversations that are reflective, practical, and deeply human.
